Manual backup seems to work OK while logged in but of course with wake on lan the workstation in question is not logged in during automated backup so that may be an issue. True Image is a backup and recovery software for Windows 11 or Windows 10, that can be used to backup and restore your data, including operating system. There are two raid volumes on the workstation one hardware and one dynamic(RocketRAID 620). The last crash cost me an 18 hour RAID rebuild on the workstation so that was fun. Backup usually starts OK but at some point in the night the connection drops out and Acronis doesn't recover. The workstation in question is woken at night for backup. I have bugged Acronis about it but no joy so the question now is whether the problem might by the TS-412. My backup software of the moment is Acronis True Image 2015 - easy to configure and, until now, trouble free.
Of course it is the graphics workstation with the most data All my PC's back up to my TS-412 flawlessly - save one.
